The Year That
Changes Everything.

You have felt it. That restless sense that there has to be more to this Christian life than Sunday mornings and small group on Wednesday. That somewhere out there, God is doing something and He is waiting for you to show up.

The World Race is 11 months across 11 countries. You will serve in communities most people will never see. You will share the gospel with people who have been waiting for someone to come. You will build things with your hands, feed people who are hungry, pray with strangers who become family, and discover a God who is bigger, wilder, and more present than you ever imagined.

You will not do this alone. You will do it with a squad - a community of people who chose the same terrifying, beautiful yes that you did. You will fight and forgive and serve and cry and laugh and worship together in rooms and fields and mountainsides across the world, and by the end you will know what the body of Christ actually looks like when nobody is performing.

132,000 people have gone before you. They came back with a faith they could not have grown anywhere else, friendships forged in places most people will never see, and a sense of who God made them to be that you cannot get from a book or a sermon.

Three routes launch in August 2027. Each one goes to different countries with different ministry contexts. You apply once, rank your preferences, and step into the story God is writing for your life.

A part of God's body! With every group there will be some faults but overall that good and greats far out way the faults. God is doing so much in and through this organization. Would highly advise going on a trip.

I had an amazing experience on the world race. God absolutely wrecked my life and pulled me deeper into relationship with him. I found so much freedom and confidence in walking in the gifting the Lord has given me. The race changed my view on ministry and what living a life as a disciple of Jesus looks like. It was a challenging 9 months but the most impactful and life changing experience!

The World Race changed my life. I came into the race feeling like a nobody not knowing what my life was going to look like; and the community and discipleship of the World Race showed me who I was in Christ. I formed an intimate personal relationship with the Lord and He gave me purpose for my life. The community here showed me what loving your neighbor actually means and that love comes from Christ. I did things that were out of my comfort zone, and I did it with people behind me cheering me on and constantly leading me back to God. I leave the race with a new perspective on life, knowing that it is to please God and to live in His presence.

The race has been a time that's challenged me to delve deeper into my relationship with God. During a time surrounded by fellowship, challenges, and a mix of different cultures the Lord has revealed himself in so many new ways (El Shaddai, El Roy, and Jehovah Jireh). This community had pushed me farther than I could have expected and stood alongside me through some of the worst trials this world has thrown my way. There was never a time when there wasn't somebody encouraging me or pointing me closer to the Lord, whether that was my squad, my hosts, or the locals. It doesn't matter the environment, the language, or the culture, we all serve the same God whose love knows no bounds.

The Path

Here's How
It Works

05

Launch - 11 Months, 11 Countries

Important

Each route requires a minimum number of participants to launch. If your first-choice route does not meet its minimum, you will be placed on your next-ranked route. This is why ranking matters - and why recruiting your friends matters even more.

Fundraising That Works

95%

of participants who use our fundraising coaches reach their support-raising goals.

Money is the #1 reason people hesitate to apply. It does not need to be. We have walked thousands of Racers through this exact process, and we know how to help you get there.

You are paired with a personal fundraising coach who has done this before. You get scripts, templates, training videos, and a step-by-step playbook used by Racers who fully funded $22,500 trips - many starting with nothing in the bank.

For Those Who Need More

Patagonia mountain range - World Race Extreme

World Race Extreme

EXTREME

11 Countries · 11 Months · 3 Treks · 1 God

Trek Patagonia. Walk the ancient Camino. Climb the Swiss Alps. Serve refugees. Hold the forgotten. Find out what is left when everything comfortable is gone.

Six months serving in South American poverty - slums, feeding programs, altitude, manual labor. Two months of refugee ministry in Poland and Moldova. The Camino de Santiago, walked on foot. The Swiss Alps alongside local ministry partners. Tent camping is the norm. Hostel beds are the exception. You will carry your own weight. You will come home unable to explain what happened to you, and unable to go back to who you were before.

This route exists for the people who read the other three routes and thought: I need something that will break me open.

Colombia·Ecuador·Peru·Brazil·Argentina·Chile·Poland·Moldova·France·Spain·Switzerland·Colombia·Ecuador·Peru·Brazil·Argentina·Chile·Poland·Moldova·France·Spain·Switzerland·

The Three Treks

Three Mountain Ranges. One Pilgrimage. All in Peak Season.

Patagonia - The End of the Earth
01

Trek 01

Patagonia

The End of the Earth

Mount Fitz Roy & Laguna de los Tres

El Chaltén · Argentina/Chile Border

14 miles · 8–10 hours · Moderate to Hard

The Tehuelche called it 'the smoking mountain.' Clouds cling to its peak so persistently that a clear day feels like a gift you did not earn. You stand on this ridge above a turquoise glacial lagoon, lungs burning, legs shaking, and something inside you breaks in the good way. The way that makes room.

Camino de Santiago - A Thousand Years of Pilgrims Walked Here Before You
02

Trek 02

Camino de Santiago

A Thousand Years of Pilgrims Walked Here Before You

Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port → Santiago de Compostela

France → Spain

100+ miles · 7–14 days · Moderate

Pilgrims have walked to the tomb of the Apostle James for over a thousand years. The yellow arrows still mark the way. You walk over the Pyrenees, sleep in stone albergues, eat communal meals with strangers who become family by day three. Around day four the noise in your head finally goes quiet, and you hear the thing God has been trying to say to you for a long time.

Swiss Alps - The Cathedral God Built Himself
03

Trek 03

Swiss Alps

The Cathedral God Built Himself

Bernese Oberland · Grindelwald & Lauterbrunnen

Switzerland

5–7 days of day hikes · 8,000–9,000 ft · Moderate

The Lauterbrunnen Valley is a crack in the earth flanked by thousand-foot rock walls and 72 waterfalls. You hike past glacial lakes and snowfields, beneath the north face of the Eiger. The Alps are not an escape - they are a reminder. The same God who sent you into the broken places made this one too. You just needed to climb high enough to see it.
